You'll most probably get away with the stockings, but I feel sure somebody will notice the stilettos - when you're tottering up the ladder?

I would notice if you remove the photo of Oliver Hardy from your posts, and replace it with a photo of yourself in stockings and stilettos.

Since most firemen do nothing but clean and polish when they're not on call, I think stockings and stilettos would be quite apt. Go for it. I know a few firemen that are into transvestitism.

Stocking perhaps but the stilettos aren't good for the work you do. Good luck!

Being a fireman you are expected to gear up at the least amount of time which makes it risky to wear it under your regular clothes. Unless it is ok for you to risk that little surprise then its probably ok.
