Ever sence i was little i have always been chubby, not fat but chubby. I eat healthy and exersize daily however my body continues to store extra weight for some reason!! My doctor says im perfectly healthy but i dont know why im this way. So i just want to know if its possible for somone to be naturally chubby and have there body keep extra pounds? I am not fat, but i am not skinny. Amd have never been..

It's normal. My husband is like that too. No matter how much he tries, he'll never go below 175lbs. Well, now he weighs a lot more then that, but when he does exercise and lose weight, that's the lowest he can get.

Walk daily 30 mins in the morning

What kind of exercise do you do. You may need to step up the intensity of your exercise. Do you walk? If you do try doing speed walking like they do in olympics. Do you run? increase running distance. Execise is the way to burn the fat you have. Moving burns the fuel you have. It takes a while for results just keep it up

What is your diet like? You should be consuming lots of fresh (pref. organic) veggies, fruits, and cold water. 3 glasses of skim milk every day is also great for burning fat. Also, try changing up your exercise regimen. Don't do the same thing over and over again. Switch it up.

i do think that once you get to a certain point it is harder for you to get rid of the extra fat.I understand that its hard to lose weight but sometimes not everybody is meant to be built small.....
