It could be an enlarged prostate as previous posters said. Or, some guys kind of have to "milk" their penises after both acts. Just to squeeze out anything left over.

It could mean you have an enlarged prostate gland which is interfering with those body functions. See a doctor.

Man... the prostate thing id abit..... yeh. i think there trying to scae you abit. it is normal to dribble after! do you like rub or puch the last bit out... thats normal. if u have prostae issues you should have a yellowy or tiny brown tinges in ur ***. sweet man. good luck
