Is it until the end of time? When will that be?

If you are meaning for ever in your body then that will be till your end of time, if you are on about for ever as in the universe there will never be an end as it will always be around...... for ever.

Forever is never starting and never ending, as long as something exists and as there is no way to really create or distroy matter as we know it. For humans, even if all humans die out, time will never end in the way that we define it.

That's a question no one knows the answer to.
Philosophically, it's at the end of your life... You'll no longer know (or need to know) how time passes.
Scientifically, the answer lies many billions of years in the future.

Time is an abstract concept. The end of time is the moment you die. At least in this plane of reality. Who knows what exist in the afterlife.

yes, technically forever is until the universe ends, completely not just earth. no one knows, but most theories place it at tens of billions of years, some theories say trillions of years.
