Brunch is the first meal of the day, later than breakfast but earlier than lunch. It has a mix of breakfast and lunch foods; though generally- we don't see much lunch. It seems to be a later breakfast.

Tea Time is generally thought of in the afternoon; around 3 or 4. But, there is also a morning tea time circa 10:30 or so. Its more of a snack and caffeine break than a meal.
