Probably teriyaki sauce, but I like spicy food as well, so I would probably add some hot sauce too. Is that what you're going to cook for your 'Gal'? I can't wait!

Teriyaki is really good, but I also like really hot sauce which boots metabolisms, so I will go with the HOT sauce...
