Tell us about a time when you were in a leadership position and had to lead a team of people.
WTF? Unless I was a supervisor I dont have any leadership experience, come on now
For everyone who said "what are your strenghts and weaknesses" heres what I say everytime
My strenght is that when I am assigned to something, I give it 110% and then some and I will never give up on it once I have begun. My weakness is that sometimes I take too long on doing a certain project because I dont like to quit.

Stupid question - then you have to try to figure out some "weakness" that aren't really weaknesses at but but strengths.
