Why do we get angry about things that have neither never happened to us before?

no. it is because we humans empathise.

we tend to put ourselves in others shoes thus we can feel the pain....

I know you're looking for a complex answer.. but it's actually a simple one. It's because we're human... these wacky, crazy, random emotions (along with creativity) are what separate us from the other animals on this planet. Now if we could all only learn to control them.....
