Perhaps. Men in cultures that allow topless or nude beaches are still excited by beasts. Granted if more is covered then a glimpse of ankle is nearly as exciting, but that seems like a waste of beauty.

i doubt you would get men excited with elbows. i think its cause we havent got them. its one of the main difrences between men and women but best of all is geting a good sook of them. mmmmm!
