If I am not pregnant my period should come on Thursday (10/11). I have a HPC that is supposed to tell me 5 days before, then I read the instructions and it said it can tell up to 4 days earlier, So should I take the test tomorrow or Sunday ? I really , really, want to know, its making me crazy !! Advice please !! I have so many symptoms but I also don't want to be one of those people that "thinks" they are feeling it ..help !!

Just because the test says that it could detect a positive 5 days before, it doesn't mean it will. Everyone's hormone levels rise differently and most people don't see a positive result that early. I would wait until at least the day before or the day your period is due. I know, the wait sucks, but it also sucks wasting money on tests that come out negative. Not to mention the disappointment. Believe me!

my wife took first response early results test 10dpo or 4 days before expected period and got a big fat positive. it really depends on how late your egg was fertilized.. it may not show up on a test that early for some people but you could definitely try. one neat thing for my wife was that.. each day that she took the test after the first one.. the second line only got darker because the pregnancy hormone was getting stronger.. so don't discount a faint second line.. if you get one and are not sure if it's a positive or an evap line.. take the test the next day... good luck!

If you test on 10/10 you have a 93% chance of getting a positive if you are indeed pregnant.
If you test on 10/9 you have a 93% chance
If you test on 10-8 you have a 83% chance
If you test on 10/7 you have a 69% chance.

Gosh, I absolutely know the feeling. The best thing I would say to do is to hold off as long as possible.I know how hard it is but the longer you wait, the more accurate the test will be. Just try to occupy your time with other things, and try not to think about it at all. Before you know it, it'll be time to either start or test. GOOD LUCK!!

I didnt gat a + till i was 5days past the day my AF should of started and that was with the test that says you can take it 5 days pre AF

Well, If you take it now and it is negative you are still going to want to take it again later...and you may be a little sad...so I would wait. Better to be anxious than sad or disapointed.

i would wait as long as you can maybe even till your missed period...that way its way more accurate
