I got my PSSA(state testing) scores from last year back yesterday. and i know theyre great. i got advanced in everything and every subject. But despite that, i still feel like i didnt do good enough because no one section was perfect.
i know thoes are made to not be perfect, and if i did get every one right, i'd probably be in the wrong grade, but i'm disapointed that i didnt do my best. i tryed my best though.

i'm sure you did very well. don't be so hard on yourself. every grade cannot be perfect, or anything in life for that matter.
if you didn't do well or you are struggling then that is a cause for concern.

It sounds like you have allowed your self confidence to be tied to your test scores... that's a bad mistake... as it will probably lead to a mental breakdown about your 3rd year in college.
Realize that your "best" and "perfect" are two different things, and be happy with just doing your best... work on this.. if you can't do this alone... get a counselor.. it's better than the stress you will have if you don't.

You did your best, and that was excellent.
Absolute perfection can never be achieved...You will only drive yourself crazy (er, lol) trying to reach perfection.
I used to be obsessed with being perfect, but thank god I'm over that now.
Just be happy you did so well. Have fun with life!

do you believe in exam luck? no it is not that you didnt do your best, sometimes it happen. i can understand you get disppointed. wanting to be perfect can only make you improve next time. try not to push yourself too hard this time, becoz pass is pass. enjoy the good result now, and looking forward for the better one next time.
