Is missing my birth control dose causing my mood changes?

I have been taking estrostep for a little over a year but this past month i have not been consistant with the time I take my pill and have missed doses completely. I have recently been feeling depressed, am always in a bad mood, and cry ALOT. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, I have had this experience as a result of being off the birth control pill itself. It can occur because of missing doses as well. I would recommend talking to your doctor as well to see what they suggest.
