Women: Have you ever been professionally fitted for a bra?

Yup, I get fitted about once a year. My weight fluctuates alot and consequently, so does my bra size. Come to think of it, I'm due for another fitting and a couple of new bras. Thanks, Anon.

It's really no big deal to get properly fitted. My teenage daughter has gotten professionally fitted since she was 12. She's now a DD, so it's particularly important that she wears a good bra. She actually looks forward to her bra fittings. Probably because she knows it's a necessary step to getting a new bra or 2!. What woman doesn't look forward to buying beautiful new undergarments?

BTW, Dillards has women in their lingere department who are specifically trained to fit bras properly. Be careful who you go to and find a place where the women are certified bra fitters. Most places don't train their people correctly. Not even Victoria's secret does that. A properly fitted bra can make a HUGE difference in the way you look and in the way that your clothes fit.

Yes, I have. I was a little reluctant at first but I was tired of having my straps work down off my shoulders all the time and, voila! It was because I'd been wearing the wrong size for years!

If any woman has troubles with their bras, I'd recommend that they get a professional fitting.
