I like the "Ethics Manual" idea. Anything humorous is appreciated.

I tried to get the boss to close down the firm for the afternoon and get a few rounds of drinks, but he didn't go for it. :)

A bottle of good wine or whiskey. After all that hard work, they'd appreciate a drink!

Or, a nice pen, tickets to a good show, a nice planner, flowers, gift certificate to a nice restaurant, or throw a small party at a bar and pick up his/her tab.

How about a copy of My Cousin Vinny ?

Didn't it take Pesci 6 or 7 times to pass the bar in that movie ?

Maybe something engraved, like a nice pen. Or an ornament for their office.

If you pass the "Bar" for a year, your AA group usually gives you a "Medallion". Sorry, I couldn't resist.
