Looking to change cell phone plans. What's the cheapest plan and which carrier offers the best deal? Want to use a family plan with two phones, we don't call that much maybe 500 shared minutes is enough. At least one phone will have unlimited internet access usage, and optional SMS messaging. No other features needed.

You need to look at the website below. They have great links to help you. Look for "best rate guide" and "cell phone info" in the types of service section. This is a great section for learning about the different service types and "best rate guide" will give you ALL services and features of each for your home coverage area! Just enter your home location and that's it! I bought my phone and service from these guys and they are honest and know their stuff. They have an RSS feed you can get as well. I used them to learn why I kept getting so many dropped calls and installed a cell phone antenna according to their recommendations on my home and car and dropped calls are at an extreme minimum! I live in the country in a fringe area. This website is worth it. Best rate guide is one of the best service locators I've found and it's great to get unbiased information too.
