Nothing against Laura Bush but America will never be truly free until we abolish the Department of Education. It was created by Jimmy Carter and America's public school system, once the envy of the world, has been in a terrible downward spiral ever since. Full control of education must be returned where it belongs constitutionally, in the hands of the individual States and the people, respectively.

I don't think anyone named Bush should ever be near the White House again!!!!
Exactly what qualifies her for that? Her college education? Her experience in the education field?
She has none of that...she stands there next to her idiot husband and smiles.....even when she shouldn't be smiling.

I think that the LESS the Bush family has to do with politics and running this country the better off we will all be.

As a former teacher I feel that the efforts of NCLB has caused many a great teacher to leave the classroom. So no, I would not support it. NCLB is a farce.
