Yes, you do sound as if you have obsessional compulsive disorder and it's more common than people think. Counselling would help you I'm sure. I think that if you leave it, you are liable to develop more complex rituals which will make your life more and more difficult. It's more treatable at an early stage.
Are there any problems in your family background? Maybe as a child you didn't feel like you were in control for some reason, and now you are over controlling situations in order to feel secure.
Meantime, try to resist some of the urges. Amazingly - the sky won't fall in! Also - talk to yourself about these issues. Tell yourself that hating the number 7 (for instance) isn't rational. Be a bit untidy as an experiment. Develop an extravagant form of handwriting and congratulate yourself for your individuality.
Try to relax by whatever means possible (except drugs and alcohol!), talk with friends, boost your self esteem by overhauling your appearance.
But I repeat, I do think that professional help would be appropriate for you. Best wishes.

Most people have twitches of some form or another... and most people learn to live with them... it's when these twitches cause dysfunction in your life that it could qualify as OCD. Also... you sound like you have a few more twitches than your average person... I'd talk to a counselor if it is bothering you and be specific that you would like to try and learn to deal with this w/o medication if at all possible (at a guess from the little info you have here.. I would say you should be more than able to accomplish that). They should be able to help you.

even if i just walk into someones house, i fix it
-- im extremly organized.
-- i go thru a bottle of hand sanitizer a weeek.
-- the beverage in my cup had to reach the end of the brim
-- my myspace is one of the organized myspace
-- the volume on the TV/ radio has to end in a 0 or 5
(25, 15, 10, 30...)
hope this helped.

You probably have a VERY mild case of OCD. My friend has OCD and its not very mild so she has to have 4 showers a day washes her hands every half .hour keeps checking her oven to see if its off and sprays air freshener like 5 times a day so yours isn't too bad

It sounds more like OCD, than not. I'd definitely see a healthcare specialist about it. There are some very effective treatments available.

You have OCD.
I have it too, but I don't regret having it. I think I can control it.

You could be borderline, but we all have our "hang-ups". If you're overly concerned about it, talk to your doctor.
