every time i plug in my head phones the thing you talk into shocks me alot i always have to unplug the mic n keep the head phones so it doesn't shock me when i touch it or speak into it its a LG Mic

Hi. There should NOT be voltage on the mike. Hopefully it's a static shock. Try to touch the metal case as you put them on.

Seems like there is a short circut in ur mic. Best option is probably to get a new mic. Or if its under warranty, contact LG
