Unless they have speacial restrooms to do that sort of stuff then yes! They need to build a restroom that has a bed in it and a door lock and sound proof walls. Oh wait...they have that already...it's called a hotel! Stop being so cheap and rent a room for crying out loud! To eager to get it on and can't wait? Then go to your car and try to keep it private as much as possible because I don't want to walk into a restroom and hear two men going at it. At least if it was a co-ed restroom and the girl is getting it then maybe I'd watch LOL! Or unless only the women can do it and we can watch for free then it'd be OK LOL! Anyways...best answer here is NO!

No. The word "public" says it all. What goes on in a bedroom between consenting adults is fine, but not a public place.

No! Maybe the two of them are consenting, but the rest of us would just like to use the public restroom without hearing/seeing the sexual activity of others.

I think not. Imagine being a parent at some rest area trying to explain that one.
At one point my son left a stall and said "Dad, isn't that cool that you can get a job by calling the number on the wall in the stall".
I explained that it wasn't that type of job. I can only imagine trying to explain why the New Jersey Governor and Idaho Senator are banging in the stall next to us.

No way. Children use public restrooms too. Plus I would be scared to touch any handles!

Little kids walk into a public bathroom all the time, so what do you think?
Apparently gay men are not repulsed by the smell of fecal matter. Now why would that be?

No for a multitude of reasons.
For one thing I don't want to see it and another I don't want to take my two year toddler into the bathroom so he can do his business and have two guys going at it in the next stall.

No. That would take all the fun away from potentially getting caught.
