Of course. W is to blame for everything, don't you know? Why, my friends here in Atlanta are blaming him for the drought.

The government isn't to blame, not in this case at least. Celebrities pay thousands of dollars for a months stay at a rehab facility. I think these girls need their parent's to slap them around a bit. Lindsay Lohan's parent's would rather bask in her fame than actually grab her by the hair and send her to her room. Britney's parents stepped in a bit too late.
I couldn't imagine letting my child ruin their life while I stood on the side lines. The media eats it up and the girls love it. It's disgusting.

The media is partly to blame, but these "celeb-retards" are ususally to blame for their own stupid actions. This is one we can't pin on Bush or Congress.
