A white kid was being made fum of at school by a group of Black kids. They were calling him cracker and honkey. He had whitnesses. He gets fed up and calls the main kid a racist ni' ' er back.
He gets suspeneded from school and nothing is done to the black kids.
Both are wrong here so why would the white kid be the only one punished when he said something in the defensive?

I am black and those black kids were very wrong they should have been suspended as well. I get into heated arguments alot about race issues as well not all white people are racist but obviously those kids learned that behavior from adults. It's sad that kid got suspended. All the kids should have got suspended also they should have learned a lesson about racism.

Punishment should be at the least equal, or better should be lessened for the reactionary kid over the instigators.
A classic case of inept administration in our schools.

He was hardly right in calling a black kid the n-word. Couldn't he have just called the kid a racist. Why add the n-word?
Yes the other kids should have been punished as well, but the white kid was in the wrong.

Sounds like both groups need to be punished to me. But I'm not in charge. I do like the "whitenesses" too.

this just shows that the world is going backwards in the fight against racism, people really dont understand what it is. the people in power are so preoccupied with punishing racism against minorities that they forget about punishing racism against the majority

Wrong is wrong. There shouldn't be double standards. They should both be punished.This world is very messed up.
