problem with plans is for everyone who likes it there will be those who oppose it. Its much easier to attack a plan then to put one together.

A VERY ASTUTE OLD POLITICIAN ONCE SAID PROMISE THEM ANYTHING THEY WANT AND GIVE THEM NOTHING. COME TO THINK ABOUT IT THAT'S WHAT THEY DO NOW.
