anyone know this OLD techno song?

its about 6 or more years old, its a techno song, there is a little boy speaking in german, and i think there is a sound of a semi truck.

Im not sure if these are techno.. but that six flags song by the Venga boys.. I think its called we like to party... and the other one by ifle 65 or something "blue".. i like them!

I have tons of old techno, but I don't recall ever hearing that.
