How do u trade pokemon with people around the world?

first you need wifi andhere is how you get it:
there are two ways to do this the previous answers only describe one. One thing that you can do is get wireless internet or put a wireless router on your computer that way if your computer is on the internet you can access the WI-fI connection wireless. you can also access wi-fi via usb port. there is a special cord that is made by Nintendo that hooks right into the jack that you use to put your charger into the DS you then plug the cord into a usb port on your computer and presto! your on wifi!!!
once you get onto wifi then you need to go to the pokemon center (it doesn't matter which one) go into the basement thats where the wifi stuff is, talk to one of the ladies at the counter and she will help you enter the room where you can trade/fight or anything else. i personally have not been on wifi but i hope to soon.

u need wifi.if u have it, u have probily heard people asking for friend codes. put their name and friend codes in your pal pad and go to the bassment of the pokemon center. and then you wiill trade people like even if there are in china or somewhere no one care you can trade anything

On the gts or get peoples friend codes online one sites like this one....but you will need a wireless connection to be able to go online

if d.s wireless or nintendo wi-fi usb connector needed and if wii wirelesss or nintendo wi-fi usb connector or wired
note that nintendo wi-fi usb connector doesn't work properly with vista yet
