How to add Control Panel to the Start Menu

Right-Click the Start button
Click "Properties"
Make sure you're on the "Start Menu" tab
Make sure "Start Menu" is ticked, not "Classic Start Menu"
Click "Customize"
Click the "Advanced" tab
Under "Start Menu Items" the first entry is "Control Panel"
Put a tick next to "Display as Link"
Click OK twice

Now check your start menu

Another way to start control panel is to click Start > Run > Type Control Panel > Press enter

Hi. Click on "My Computer". When the window opens click on the 'down arrow' of the upper location window. Look for Control Panel there.

Or, you could just go into the RUN command line on your start menu and type "control panel" and press enter.
