Cellphones are not free you have to buy them. Get a job is my advice. It depends on what kind of cellphone you buy and where you get it from. and you have to pay monthly because
you call people.

Many cell phones are free, when you sign up for a 2 year contract. You must buy a phone if you buy a "pay-as-you-go" phone.
