Why does my T-mobile phone suck?

I have a samsung T-619 and i havent been able to dial out, text, instant message or use t-zones for the past week! My calls get dropped if i do manage to get through.

because my friend... T moblie itself sucks... and by giving you a sucky phone and sucky service..they are saying YOU SUCK!!! ....so... do you???

show them you dont suck.. CANCEL THAT PLAN BREAK THAT PHONE AND GO TO SPRINT!

Get a new Sim Card. Or see if you can reprogram your phone through customer service....seems like a network or sim issue.....
