I like it but i also like the name Emilio because it sounds sexy and powerful or but thats a good sounding name to it.

Oh, thats sweet. I love Joseph, such a nice little name. He can get "Jo, Jose, Joey, Jojo or Seph" for nicknames. I love Seph or Sephy, more unusual and sweet.

Joseph in my opinion is over used by white and hispanic cultures. I'm white and I love the names: Dino, Diego, Dominic, Angel and Anthony for boys. Although Angel is somewhat over used too, I think it's much nicer than Joe, Joseph, Jose, etc. I know a few Juan Carlos' that all go by selfmade nicknames - Chicky, Chico, & Kenty.
Manuel is a good strong old fashioned name. I'd stick with it.
