In every man's life (e.g. any gender) we all being led and knowingly or unknowingly we have done in our life to lead; whether at home, play area, church, school or even at work or inside our very own wide spectrum of inner self when we let our physical, mental and spiritual faculties or wholesome body led to get up and do the best for ourselves to do in order to let the day of our life grow and grow progressively evolving and revolutionizing from day to today till you are now leading us thinking and asking us (apparently trying to know ,from us your world wide friend/s, what we think of what is best to you, either to lead or be lead), and as far as others, particularly from me, you are leading us to give you feed back of the results of your leading statistical question from various array of data from what we may feed you most leaning, to lead or to be led.
Please consider the principle that in order to become a good leader we must have experienced in life being a good follower. And in order for us to become a good follower, there must be along us being a good leader who don't mislead us but honest and dedicated enough guided by established moral, social, and spiritual maxims and norms that may make us better of leader next after our mentor leader/s
