How does depositing work for wells fargo?

i have 235$ in the bank right now, i get a paycheck today that should be around 400$, if i deposit today before 4:00, how much will be available for me to spend today?

Federal law mandates that $100 must be made available to you on a deposit. The bank can hold your check for a few days to make sure it is good. When I make a deposit, it is usually available two days later.
