For those of you who don't know your personality types, go here:

The test is almost always accurate IF you answer truthfully. I am an INFJ, and almost everything said about the personality type is just like me. I get hurt easily and hide it, am a quiet person and hate being in crowds, even with my friends, and find it hard to explain my ideas and to people. What personality are you, and do you think it's right and why?

I'm a rare INTJ ("Have original minds and great drive for implementing their ideas and achieving their goals. Quickly see patterns in external events and develop long-range explanatory perspectives. When committed, organize a job and carry it through. Skeptical and independent, have high standards of competence and performance – for themselves and others.") - I d believe it gives a rough indication of who I am. But so does 16PF, if properly interpreted. But, like any other psychometric, it's only an approximation.

ISFJ

"They go about their task of caretaking modestly, unassumingly, and because of this their efforts are not sometimes fully appreciated.... However, their shyness with strangers is often misjudged as stiffness, even coldness, when in truth these Protectors are warm-hearted and sympathetic, giving happily of themselves to those in need."

Sounds about right.
