Concealed Weapon Laws in Pennsylvania?

I am interested in purchasing a handgun and carrying it on my person. What does PA law state in regards to this? Can I carry it anywhere, provided I follow all regulations? Thanks.

you have to get a permit to carry a concealed weapon, and even then you are limited to where you are allowed to take it

You must acquire a carry permit. This can be done through the State Troopers. You will have to provide background information and you will be given clear instruction about where and when you can carry a concealed weapon.
