No, that isn't the "norm". He should be able and willing every dang day! Chronic illness and certain medications can severely impact a man's ability, but physicians have some effective ways to deal with it. Send him to his doctor. If he refuses, tell him it's counseling or divorce.
Longest I have gone without was nine weeks - my first wife developed an infection in her episiotomy and it it took awhile for it to clear up. I'm "up there in years", you might say...

wow, that is long (I trust you have some good toys) we are the same age as you guys and about 6 weeks is the longest for us due to him being sick, then me being sick and then period etc etc. There are many medications with the side effects of killing libido and mood.
I feel for you but even if he is not in the mood why cant he "get you off" so to speak, why cant he be involved in your pleasure even if he doesnt feel the need to have it recipricated? There may well be more going on than just the drug side effects.

i assume approximately 3 weeks... and that grew to become into after our son grew to become into born and that i grew to become into too sore. on the 2nd, i'm 33 weeks pregnant and mattress is extremely lots for slumbering so we are probable in basic terms having intercourse like 2-thrice consistent with month if that. however with our first, we've been doing it on a daily basis till he grew to become into born. wager that is going to coach a toddler + being pregnant incredibly takes it out of ya!

two and a half years with my then partner. The I left.
Before then it had dropped to once in around 2 months for 2 years.
Why? Because he was porn addicted (twice a day **** job) and felt he could do a better job by hand. Because I was not into his mind games and because I refused to dress like a sl*t.
Why was he behaving like this?
Well he was depressed, sex-obsessed and on medication. I also believe that his addiction to porn was related to his depression By helping himself he released endorphins (happy feel good hormones) which temporarily relieved the depression.
In the end I got tired of it. Being rejected constantly, I left

8 year relationship, we had sex 2 times a year for the last 5 years of that relationship, and thank god i finally left. I was discusted with the way he belittled me and the fact that he gained alot of weight made me completely unattracted to him. I can't believe how much great sex i missed out on, sewing my oats at 37, livin life and lovin it.

While we where still together we had gone for up to 3 months. Longer at the end of her pregnancy and after but that really doesn't count when you aren't medically allowed. Luckily our relationship was based on more than just sex and we still had much more to share besides that.

1 year. My husband is in the Army and he was stationed in Korea. There are also times where we go 2 weeks or 1 month because he is in the field for work.
