Kayla Brooke Morris? That's the name I have picked out, but now as the due date gets closer and closer I'm unsure. My little sister told me that Kayla is very common/popular. Is that true?

Yeah, Kayla is getting rather popular. In the top 20 and becoming more popular more and more. But, your choice, its a sweet name.
You could consider trying an alternative, something like:
Layla Brooke Morris
Daisy Brooke Morris
Kyla Brooke Morris
Keeley Brooke Morris
Kyra Brooke Morris
Kirra Brooke Morris
Lyla Brooke Morris
Keelin Brook Morris
Mylie Brooke Morris
Keira Brooke Morris
Kaia Brooke Morris (ky-uh)
Hayley/ Hayla/ Haylin Brooke Morris
Taylor/ Taylen Brooke Morris
Shyla Brooke Morris
Skyler Brooke Morris
Kaylen Brooke Morris
Kaylene Brooke Morris
Kaylina Brooke Morris
Caydence Brooke Morris
Ayla Brooke Morris
Shaelyn Brooke Morris
Tyla Brooke Morris

Hm, or for a completely new angle you could try some commonly liked combinations such as:
Alexandra Brooke Morris
Avery Brooke Morris
Caitlyn Brooke Morris
Charlotte Brooke Morris
Clara Brooke Morris
Crystal Brooke Morris
Jordan Brooke Morris
Kelsey Brooke Morris
Kendall Brooke Morris
Natasha Brooke
Ruby Brooke
Savannah Brooke
Tiffany Brooke

Hope that helps! :)

i graduated with 6 kaylas. i know about 11. I think its a little common. Brooke is a little less common but not by muc i graduated with three brookes and i know 5. If it has to be one of the two i would say maybe Brooke with a different middle name

girl, its your child who will bear the name for life so would you like it if shes in a public place then someone will call her name & shell end up feeling embarassed coz someone had called another person & not her?yeah kayla may be a popular name but the problem is that sometimes a name can be so popular its even given as names to pets sometimes! though i will suggest go to what you had decided before try to think of a name that you know is close to your heart,is easy to write & remember, will not put your child in an awkward position when people mentions her name & if you can try to look for either its roots(origin) & meaning & see if it applies to how you feel or want to see your child to be when she grows up(oh yeah, being a princess is what every mums dream for her daughter so it seems,he he he,but thats just an idea on how you will apply this principle when you decide to either stick with your name of choice or decide to pick another name)

just some variants to your name of choice if this will help:

-not sure about the roots & meaning of kayla but how about changing a letter, say kaela or kyla?
-hmm,will kyla raelie morris do?or kaela raylie?
-how does kyla or kayla bernice morris sound?

I like it. I haven't heard many girls named Kayla lately -- it was popular a decade or so ago because of some soap character, but I think it's gotten less so.

Your sister is right, but if you like the name Kayla, then use it.
Or you could use another form of it,Kaylie, that's not so common.
