You are right. It's better to stay away from online gambling. If you are seriously interested in making money online, just remember this:
1) Stay focussed.
2) Be mindful of the dip. Most people start something with a bang, and when the dip arrives, they give up. They do not realise that immediately just after the dip, the pot of gold will arrive. :-)
3) Online business is as time consuming as offline business.

I have, taken advantage of some of these offers for free money to play at their site. I have even cashed out a few times, I'd say around $300 from doing the play throughs. I have never been ripped off from an online gaming site and enjoy it much more than going to a stinky, noisy casino. Maybe the casinho operators in the US need to get with the times and over online gaming. But that puts them at a disadvantage because I can turn the game off so much easier at home than having to make my way out of a casino filled with rich old people standing around. Anyway. I have. Another reason I find the online gaming community more honest the the ones where I live is that where I live they will let me cash out everything I have and spend it in one night then jump off the bridge and not even care except enough to try to cover up why I did it. Most online sites have limits on how much you can spend a day and how much you can spend a month. I have yet to hear of any casino to do that.
