Middle names starting with "L" or "O" will flow well with the middle sounds in Chloe.
Something like:
Chloe Laine
Chloe Layla
Chloe Leah
Chloe Leanne
Chloe Leona
Chloe Lillian
Chloe Lorelei
Chloe Louisa
Chloe Lucia/ Lucinda/ Lucille
Chloe Lydia
Chloe Lyla
Chloe Olivia

Or, if you don't like those, commonly liked combinations are:
Chloe Raine
Chloe Nicole
Chloe Sarah
Chloe Jessamine
Chloe Mariah
Chloe Marissa
Chloe Jade
Chloe Michelle
Chloe Lauren
Chloe Laurel
Chloe Mikayla
Chloe Patrice
Chloe May

Hope that helps! :)

Like quite a few other people, the first name that came to my head was Anne. But if you're looking for something a little less traditional (since Chloe isn't all that common) perhaps you'll like a name like...

Chloe Lynette
Chloe Olivia
Chloe Elise
Chloe Alissa
Chloe Piper

Good luck finding a name that's right for your family!

First of all, I highly recommend using a name that is important to you rather than just because it sounds good. Isn't there a beloved relative, movie or book character or person of great importance to you that would at least give your child's middle name importance?

I would avoid a middle name that starts with a vowel with multiple syllables. Other than that, virtually any other name works.
Compare Chloe Allissa with Chloe Ann. Not always the case as Chloe Elizabeth or Chloe Ellen sounds fine when compared with Chloe Eve.
