I had this game for years but I can never figure the thing out. Does anyone know a really good guild for it or one that I can buy online? I always been trying to figure this game out but never did got that far with it.

I need something to figure out how in the world to start the game. I got an idea from SimCity but I can find out how to build a power plant in the 2000 one for the PC.

What I did was set it to no destructive forces and make a waterfall on the side of a mountain. Then I would make a hydrodams everywhere in that water. Then I would run a electric line to the valley where I would make 1 or 2 residentail zones, comercial zones and industrial zone. Then I would run a train line to connect them. Then I would let it run all nigh and in the morning I would have lots of money and all the ability to make all the game objects.
