Well, your mom can't force him to pay for the entire amount but she can "force" him to split ALL school expenses with her. She can file for a Petition for Citation of Contempt because he is violating the court order to pay half of school expenses.

Your Mom cannot get any more child support from you father then she gets unless she takes him back to court and tries to get more. My biggest thought when I read your question was if you sister can go to this private school then your parents should do the same thing for you. A parent should not do something for one child that they cannot do for another even if she is a girl. I would certainly bring this up to my mother and my father.
There are only two things that can be done and that is if your Mom goes and tries to get more support from him or you try to talk your dad into giving it to you. If he helped your sister out then he should do the same thing for you. If your Mom supplied the money for her to go to private school then she should do the same for you!
If she only has the money for your sister and not you then she should have never let her go either.

that may depend upon where you are and how the court decides that, but if you get along with your dad well enough, ask him nicely and perhaps he will either give you the money or loan it to you and deduct an amount from the child support that both he and your mother can agree upon. You can also see if the school will accept payments for the $500 instead of wanting it in one lump sum. Good luck to you in this effort!!

Your mom can't force your dad to give her anything. Why don't you ask your dad for the money

tell your mom to go to family court and file a modification for and increase. also b4 she does this tell her to make sure she saves all receipts if she hasn't been okay. she will need that for court.
