Sometimes when me and dh have intercourse, he climaxes 2 even 3 seperate times. So he'll orgasm once, then he'll go again and again. Is this a better chance of getting preg. this way or is it better to make him wait until the next day or the day after so his sperm can be stronger and faster? I know this is a weird question, but we are ttc and he does this a lot. Thanks a lot and I know, isn't he lucky?! I'm jealous! hehehe

My doctor said to wait a few days before ovulation, then on the highest day of ovulation have intercourse. After that you can do it as much as you want. However the more you do it the less amount of sperm he produces. But keep in mind, it only take one! Good luck!

Im jealous too! I seriously do not know how he does that because it is the first time i saw that! I think it must be a good thing though! In Ovulation rather have sex every second day allthough i have read that the whole stronger sperm thing was just BS. My husband lies there like a dead fish afterwards!!! LOL! Not in a nasty way - he is just so tired after climax that he basically falls asleep, so it must be really weird for you! Men men men! Good luck and all the best to you!

Every other day or just once a day during your fertile time (the four days or so before your expected ovulation through your actual ovulation date). Anything more than that is really overkill and won't better your chances. Remember it only takes one sperm to make a baby. Best of luck ttc!!!!!

Ive always been told that everyother day is best..but Ive heard that anything more than that can be damaging to your chance, but Ive also heard that anything more than that wont hurt or help, its just if you want *shrug* who knows.
And that is crazy! My husband could do that 4 years ago lol (he's 28 now;) but now he's one of those that goes once and he's done:P We cant baby dance in the middle of the day unless there is time for him to take a 3 hour nap, lol.

It takes 72 hours for his testes to replenish his sperm count. Its better to wait.
On a side note, how the HELL does he go three times in one night? Lucky you! My husband finishes once and he's done for the day, usually the week.. lol.

I have read many times that it is better to have sex every other day (days around ovulataion) to ensure that he has a high enough sperm count - it's more potant. We did it your way the first time we got pregnant though.... took 8months. GOOD LUCK and BABY DUST
