it is like white dots that are in the center of your nipples.......not sure how to describe it............help serious answers only

I'm not pregnant that I know of at this time...might get a blood test done...have some signs....period is 5 days late...sore nipples back headaches nausea cramping, etc........

yes, it's the mamory glands doing their thing. it has to do with your milk coming in. don't worry about it another minute, and next ob. appointment, just mention it to your dr. so she can reassure you too. best wishes on your pregnancy!

I am 32 weeks pregnant and having the same problem but it's almost like a hard dry milk spec but I got them really early in my pregnancy it's a sign I would consider getting checked.

For me, it means I haven't been exfoliating well. It's just dead skin, like you would get on your knees or elbows. Use a washcloth next time you're in the shower to delicately exfoliate your nipples.
If it is a liquid, then you could very well be pregnant or have a severe hormone imbalance -- could even be a hysterical pregnancy where your body says "Hello? I'm pregnant!" even when you're not.
If you're concerned about pregnancy, make sure -- if you test -- that you wait until you're late for your period.

Calm down it is completely normal. Not to mention might get worse the further along you are. Mine leaked so bad the whole nipple got crusty. Kinda gross but you are fine and it is a good sign that you are lactating - producing milk. Congrats!

Yep. That's where your milk will come out. As you get further in your pregnancy you will be able to squeeze a little milk out. Also, warm showers might make you leak a little.

Yes, I know what you mean. It is just your body getting ready for the baby. When it gets closer to your due date you may start to leak clear fluid. This tends to happen while in the shower.

your fine just remember your body is changing everyday. Its because your body is getting ready for a baby and for breastfeeding even though you may not breastfeed, that is what nature intended. believe it or not those dots were there before you got pregnant, you just didnt notice because your breast were not as big.

yes, i have it at the mo (33weeks pregnant), and have done from around 4months or so.
Its perfectly normal.
its the milk ducts preparing themselves.
