I really wish I could help you but I have been trying for the past 4 months with no luck. The doc said everything is fine just to take it slow. Arrgghhhh...I want to have a baby soon.

First, if you havent already, get the book Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It is worth its weight in gold.

When you are charting, you should see a shift from lower temp to higher ones about halfway through your cycle. You need to be taking your temp at roughly the same time every day, before you get up or move too much.

Also, if you are doing that right and dont see a shift, it could be that you arent ovulating, in which case you would need to go to a doctor. Six months really isnt that long, but it is long enough (to me) to go to a doc and say "I just want to make sure nothing is wrong". Ive been told to make sure you have 3 or 4 charts done to bring with you, that way you can show them to the doc and it can rule out some things and you wont have to be tested for that.

Good luck!!

Well, do you chart on fertilityfriend.com. You should do that cause it helps you alot. if you want you can look at my chart: You will see that the day before ovulation it is still low and then the day after my temps shot up so I know I ovulated. The thing about charting is that you only know you ovulated once it is OVER! You should try ovulation prediction tests to see when you will ovulate. They are quite nice. Have a look at: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/18bb70 to see my chart. Make sure you take your temp every morning before even opening your eyes!! You must take it in bed - i put my themometer ontop of my cellphone so when the alarm goes off i can take it! All the best to you!

6 months is nothing. You're only fertile on average for 24 hours a cycle. If your cycles are 28 days, which more women have longer ones than not, thats a total of 6 days you've even been able to GET pregnant. Thats why it takes a healthy couple a year to get pregnant.

Even with egg and sperm in the body at the same time its only in the high 80% that you'll end up with a pregnancy.

You got to chill out a little. The BEST way to get pregnant is NOT to try to get pregnant, and just have sex. Once you stop trying to make it happen it suddenly will. I tried for a year and a half and once i STOPPED trying it happened. Sage advice from my mom and grammas.

If you're late, take a test. If you want to know when you ovulate, buy a mess of test strips on ebay and pee on one each day for two cycles.

They are quite often simply lonely or now not lonely, being concerned humans who love animals and shouldn't have the guts to show away strays. There could also be a few who're loopy, however, hiya, any individual will also be loopy. And extraordinary humans have extraordinary evaluations on what loopy is.For illustration,a few humans could feel you're loopy.LOL and incidentally,I AM the dictionary woman

Have you been to a physician yet and had tests run? There may be a medical condition with you or you partner.... If you have been trying for 6 months, and not conceived yet, and haven't had tests run, I would advise you to seek a Physicians help and see whats going on... Best Of Luck, Your In My Prayers

Try ovulation tests you can buy them just about anywhere; calm down stress can keep it from happening; cut down on sugar; and know that sometimes it takes a while. I won't tell you how long it took me because I don't won't to discourage you and it doesn't take most people as long as it did for me. Six months is not so long to have been trying though. So keep it up!

You should see a gyno and tell them you are trying to get pregnant and they will help you figure out a plan.
