I'm having difficulty with one particular bad guy near the end of the game on the "Hard" mode. I've looked at the walk thru on IGN and it doesn't even mention the bad guy I'm having a hard time with. Can you recommend another site where they may have a better walk thru so I can finally get this guy and move on with my game?

Thanks to all. I finally got him on my own. All I really had to do was use the Auger and put a couple of clips in him through some rock.

Which bad guy is it? I've beat the game on Medium, Hard, and SuperHuman Mode, so I think that I can help you. (Superhuman mode is unlocked after you beat the game on Hard mode.)
The only enemy that I can think of that you may have trouble with is the huge spider creature. The best way to kill it is to use the rocket launcher. Or just select any one of your weapons and just start unloading bullets on him and try to aim at his head.
And if you are talking about the big robot that you have to fight while you control another smaller robot then the best way to defeat it is to walk around until you can find a way to get behind it. While you approach it from behind, shoot your missles at it.
