Ganguly has proved already, that he is the best captain ! Statistics of the matches played so far will vouch for this.!
By his aggressive nature, he has instilled confidence and discipline among the team members, which is missing in the other two.
If his batting clicks , he is one of the fearsome hitters of the ball in the world.
If he can retain his place in the team,
then he is the No:1 for choice for Captain.!!!

For 20-20 theage is under 20, for 50over age limit is under25 and for test match it is under 35. No one matches for that.
