The US National Debt increases by 1.5 Billion/day of $720 million/ day is in Iraq.
The Breakdown
$280 million a day from Iraq war supplementary funding bills passed by Congress, plus $440 million daily in incurred, but unpaid, long-term costs.

approximately $520,000,000 according to the latest authorization request bush sent to congress the other day

half a billion a day

apparently its no big deal

oh wait that doesnt include blackwater and the other contractors that i heard is another 41 cents per dollar spent so add another $213,000,000

so he's right above, about $700 million a day! woo hoo!!!
