If she is not on birth control, she will get pregnant. A woman's cycle runs 28 days. Day 1 is considered the first day she gets her period. Most women ovulate around day 14. But that doesn't mean that is the only day you have to avoid. Sperm can live inside her for 72 hours and her egg will be good for 24 hours. I would avoid sex for a least a full 7 days, at least from day 10 to day 17. This will give you the smallest chance of her conceiving. BUT, a women's cycle does not work the same 100% of the time. The smallest thing can throw it off, stress, diet etc. or there may not be a reason. A woman can ovulate at any time, even during her period from last months cycle. There is no guarantee. You can go to the health department and get free condoms or free birth control pills.

If you don't want her to get pregnant, then use some RELIABLE type of birth control. Or better yet, don't have sex.
There is no safe day of any month, period or not.
If you care about her, then look into birth control.
Child support payments continue until the child is 18 or out of college. Remember that.
Also, depending on where you live, if she is under 18 and her parents find out she has been having sex with you - pregnancy would be a dead give-away - then they can file charges against you, and you will have to register in every city you live in for the rest of your life as a sex offender.

O my gosh. Here's a no nonsense answer for you. I hope you like it.
Just use a CONDOM and be responsible.
If you're old enough to have SEX then you should be old enough for her to be on the pill and you to use a condom.
But I guess you don't really love her, or you WOULD already be doing this.
And I guess you also don't give a RIP about your future child you are in the danger of creating, because all you care about is having fun at this moment.
I just can't believe that in this day and age, with information and birth control so easy to get, that people are still having unprotected sex.
There are NO safe days of her period to have sex without using some other form of birth control.
Now be SMART, be SENSIBLE, be CONSIDERATE and go to the drug store, spend the 5 bucks and get a box of condoms.

Every woman ovualtes at different times of the month.......on average it's 14 days after the start of thier period but that is only an AVERAGE! which means it can be any other day..........but much more important than that is what other people are NOT telling you.............sperm can live inside the woman for up to 5 days! Conception rarely takes plaace right during sex............it can be ddays later!! Which means if the sperm can live up to 5 days and you aren't sure about the ovulation days...........then NOW you can see how there really is no safe days!
You must use birth control if you don't want a baby.

After a woman has her era no count number even as she has risky sex there's a chance for paying for pregnant. The time with the bottom chance is about an afternoon formerly her era is scheduled. yet do not assume it, there remains a chance. yet why no longer use contraception and Condoms? in case you favor to have it so undesirable then use those. the in worry-free words vast difference is that... properly there quite isn't a large difference!

first off... there are no safe days! If a woman knows her cycle well (which is almost impossible for a teenager to do becuause A. not as educated or aware of what and when things are happening and; B. Her cycles are probably not regular yet... even if they seem to be they could change during any given month!) then there are more fertile and less fertile days to consider... this helps with trying to conceive and not reliable at all for trying to not get pregnant.
It sounds like you and your girlfiend are young and uneducated about sex. Please reconsider having sex at this time in your life, if you still decide to, know that you are also deciding and recongnizing that pregnacy is a risk you are obviously willing to take...please, please use protection.
good luck!

Dude, there are no safe days with which to make sure your girlfriend will not get pregnant. I have ready that sex during the cycle can also result in a pregnancy (I personally think this is disgusting). Even with protection and birth control methods you are not guaranteed. Just make sure that you wrap your willy and don't ejaculate inside her.

Please understand that periods aren't 100% reliable, especially in teenagers, and that ovulation can happen at any time. Please use every method of birth control you can get your hands on, or avoid intercourse itself (you can get each other off in other ways, you know).
Check out the sites below, specifically the section under girl's heatlh, for the facts of what happens and when for a guide as to when the safer times are.
But the bottom line is that you should never have intercourse unless you are fully prepared for a baby to result. That's what intercourse is all about, what your bodies are designed for.

The day she starts bleeding is day one. The day before she bleeds again is the last day. Her cycle length is her own, not always 28 days.
THERE IS NO SAFE DAY.
Penis in baby out, its not eff'n rocket science my son.
I have an 8 month old from sex we had ON my period. Women do not cycle like the tide and they can ovulate any day of their cycle without knowing it.
If you dont want babies, dont make them. If you cannot accept the fact that sex will eventually (no matter how careful you are) result in a baby, then DONT have sex.
IF you MUST have sex double up on protection, use condoms AND a spermicide, or condoms AND birth control, and so on.

If you don't want to get your g/f pregnant then no sex is safe.you can get her pregnant at any time during her period after or before.anytime.Or have her go on b/c which isn't really reliable either.abstince is the only way until you ask her to marry you if that is what your ready for..
