I have to regroup by reconnecting spiritually.
When I have that feeling my whole world is falling apart, that is a sign to me I've strayed from my spiritual path and I need to get back on it again.

I take time out to be quiet and to hear self and God. That means no tv, no radio or other "outside" noises.

I read the bible and I pray. I ask for guidance, comfort and strength.

I clean too. You can't bring positive spirits into an unkempt environment.

Feel your pain:-( Well this is what I'm going to do! Pick it up and slowly start rebuilding it the way that i want it so when it is back it will be back the way i want it.

When things look bad and you feel sad, and you don't know what to do try and look at the good thing in your life and see just how blesed you really are for heaving what you got. Not for what you have lost. Put your hands together and say thank you to the Lord for things could be allot worse.
So smile and let all the bad things roll of your back.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend With a smile an your face.

From God Himself. My world fell apart last year as I lost my job and started having even more knee problems than before, I had a temp job for a while but it suddenly ended, and I was having a hard time getting disability because none of my dr.s had even said that I was disabled although by March, I could hardly walk. Once my unemployment ran out I was able to get Medi-cal insurance. Then my dr's told me I was disabled and I was finally able to get disability and I'm having knee surgery on Monday. I've had many "dark" days and I've cried my heart out to my Savior and He has made a way and give me peace even though it hasn't been an easy year. I've just had to trust Him even when I couldn't "feel" Him. I am learning that in my weakness, He is strong.

Been there, done that. First, realize that this is a normal part of life. Write down all the problems and come up with what I can change and what I can't change and then get to work changing the things I can change to make things better for myself. I would also be very kind to myself at this time and take vitamins, get extra rest, and try to stay busy so I don't get too wrapped up feeling sorry for myself because that would only make things worse.

Mine has done that a few times. Go out and meet some new people, it will help you forget for a while and give you a new perspective on things.

Eyes weary, fingers soiled
I dig them in
