I was an EMT and responded to a call for chest pains and it turned out to be my father. I thought I would cost him his life, but he turned out ok.

My car accident. I hit a patch of ice (when every other street in the whole town was clear). It was on a hill under some trees, so the sunlight didn't hit it and melt the ice away.

I needed plastic surgery on my lip and had glass embedded in my head that didn't come out until years later. Freaky!

I wish that really dangerous drivers could experience what I went through. It would make them realize that driving is serious business.

When I was about 16 or so, my adoptive father woke me & my brother up at about 4 in the morning one day, and presumed to beat the living **** out of both of us for about 2 1/2 hours. All during this time, he didn't say a single word! I thought he'd gone completely crazy (which wouldn't have been much of a stretch), and that he was gonna kill us both! This was about 17 or 18 years ago...

Also, back in 1999, I got mugged and beaten badly enough to put me into the hospital, and during the mugging, the guy put a razor blade to the side of my throat--again, I thought he was gonna kill me, but he obviously didn't.

: )

Really bad weed trip when I was in high school. I could "feel a demon" on my back. I was high for more than I day. I think it may have been lined with something. That was some scary stuff. Especially since I remember i 13 years later.

When my son was two he wanted to watch a movie. In the time it took him to hand me the movie and for me to put it in the machine, he chased the cat over the back of the couch and fell. I hurdled to couch, and he was havig a seizure. I have never been so scared in my life. He stopped breathing and I thought he was dead. Luckily he is fine now. Thank God.

Me and my mom were in a car accident. It was a hit and run. I thought the car was going to flip over. It could have been so much worse. My mom got hurt but it wasn't that bad. I didn't get hurt but the next day my body hurt so bad. I could barely move.
