receive free international calls in carribean from UK?

Question

i call my boyfriend in the bahamas and for me its cheap because i use one of those numbers where it only costs like 5p!

But the thing is that it costs him loads of money to receive my calls and i dont want him to be spending countless money all the time?!

So does anyone know if i can send him a roaming chip which has free incoming calls, or if can u give advice on a number he can call which would be cheap for him to call me?! or just advice?!

ask him to call his provider and see if they have an international package.
ex Verizon employee and they had a plna that was maybe $4 a month and calls were .9 cents a minute
