Well, I'm "sorry" but I really don't know how many times I said it today. "Sorry" that I can't give you a number of how many times I said I was "sorry" I really am very "sorry" that I can't tell you how many times! So "sorry"! Really I am very "sorry"! Never been "sorry-er"! "SORRY"! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Saying sorry is good for the soul of the person apologizing. Doesn't do much for the one who was wronged, unless followed by not repeating the same behavior.
A sorry is sometimes taken as a license to keep on doing more wrongs as one frees oneself from the previous wrong.
In social situations, bumping into others etc. it is a good skill to have. It relieves tension. I said it once today as a social grace for hardly anything of significance.

The first time I ran into a person then I turned around real quick and some big guy was standing there so I made sure he herd me so I said sorry twice

I've been to work and when we're rushing around we're constantly stepping in each other's way. I must have said 'Sorry' a couple of dozen times this morning.

Zero, I think about what I am doing so I do not have to say sorry an sorry is a worthless word. I wronged you so I am sorry it is a worthless gesture that means nothing.

So far just once - I was picking up toys and accidentally dropped a ball onto my sleeping dogs head, I rubbed her head and said " Sorry mommy didn't mean to do that ".

once...I was walking to class in my own world as usual and ran straight into the chest of this guy. lol I looked up at him and cocked my eyebrow and said, "may I help you." he started laughing and I told him I was sorry. :)
