Definitely both to taking a bath in the morning and I'm taking a shower before I'm going to sleep because I want feel a relax after a stressful of our works

Usually a shower at night, but occasionally a bath. On some weekends when I'm very tired, I'll take it in the morning (I only have time in the mornings on a weekend!)
